PAYMENT FAQ:

What types of payment do you accept?

We currently accept Paypal. Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to accept American Express, Cash App, or Discover as a payment type.  

 

ORDERS FAQ:

1. How do I place an order?

    Found an item you want? Great! 

    Simply select the quantity, size, and color and hit the “Add to cart” button. When you’re ready to check out, go to the top right corner of your screen and click on the shopping cart symbol. Make sure that you have the correct products and quantities in your bag and click the “Proceed to Checkout” button to continue. 

    We will take you to a protected server where you will enter and confirm your billing, shipping, and payment information. 

     

    2. Do I reserve an item by placing it in the shipping cart?

    No, placing an item into your shopping bag does not reserve it. 

    We do our best to maintain accurate inventory records but the item is not guaranteed until you checkout. This is because the item could sell out if other customers place additional orders for the product before you check out. 

     

    3. How can I check my order status?

    You can log in to your account to check your order status or you can refer to your shipping confirmation email. 

    If you have not received your shipping confirmation email please double check your spam/junk folder as occasionally the email may end up there. If you are still not able to locate your confirmation email please feel free to contact us at support@buyreallife.com

     

    4. I can’t log in to my account! What should I do?

    Double-check to make sure you’re using the right email address and password. You might have registered with a different email address (and check for errors within the entered email address). 

    Try to type, not copy/paste your email address and password. Sometimes copy/paste adds an extra space to a word that you aren’t able to see this will affect your password. 

    If you forgot your password, use the FORGOT PASSWORD link on the login page. You will receive an email with instructions. 

    If you still can’t log in, please contact us directly and we’ll take a look!

     

    5. I can’t see my order on the order status page, What do I do?

    If your order doesn’t show up on the status page, don’t hesitate to contact us directly. 

     

    6. How can I change or cancel my order?

    If you need assistance with a recent order, you’re always welcome to contact us directly.

     

    7. I received a different product than I ordered-what should I do?

    Whoops! Let us fix that. 

    Please take care of the products you have received and send us photos or videos, we will do a good job of registering and processing the return and will send you the correct product the first time. 

    It is recommended to contact us within seven days of receipt of the goods, thank you for your cooperation.   

     

    SHIPPING FAQ: 

    1. How much does shipping cost?

    We offer three shipping models:

    We offer free shipping when the purchase price is over $75 (inclusive).

    Regular shipping is $9.99 when the price is below $75 (excluding $75 US) and shipping time is approximately 10 - 15 days.

    Premium shipping is $19.99 when the price is below $75 (excluding $75 US) and shipping time is approximately 7-10 days. 

     

    2. Are there any customs or duties in shipping to the USA?

    Since we are not shipping from the USA, there are no customs charges or duties to the USA. 

    All items are duty paid by us. So you can shop like you’re buying from a neighborhood local store with no customs or import charges, processing fees, or duties to worry about! 

     

    3. Can I choose the carrier for my shipment?

    Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to let you select the shipping carrier. 

    We use a variety of carriers to ship your order including Canada Post, US Post, UPS, and FedEx. Depending on your shipping address and size of the order, and the availability of inventory at our warehouse closest to you, we select the best carrier to ship your order in a timely and efficient.   

    Once your order ships, the details will be provided in your shipment confirmation email. All orders in the USA and Canada over $75 (inclusive) in value always ship free.
